Calm, cunning, and highly mischievous, it seems in Regene Regetta's nature to be manipulative. He's also somewhat of a nonconformist, since he has no qualms about deviating slightly, although never entirely, from the plans of his group, and being pretty vocal about it. He has a mysterious aura about him, giving out only partial information, asking questions he already well knows the answer to. Still, he is the type who knows what to say to annoy people, and would like very much to get a rise out of them for his own amusement, as much as he gains entertainment from watching other people get hurt or pissed off.

He's the type to reveal classified information if he could manipulate people into following what he wants, but although he sometimes acts according to his own will, he generally still believes in whatever purpose would be given to him. He accepts the fact that there is always pain accompanied with change, and is not quite bothered of the distress and suffering inflicted by the plan on mere humans.

It can be said that the one thing he very strongly dislikes is when people's reactions to his curious, slightly (or not-so-slightly) taunting queries might be a tad... unexpected. It might just be a split second of a frown, replaced almost instantly with a cool, collected, and even slightly amused smile, but it is present: the annoyance brought about by someone who doesn't quite play along. And Regene doesn't like it when someone doesn't play along.

Unfortunately, that person has also just become an unwilling target of Regene's taunts. All the better for him, since he likes very much to play around with peoples' minds.
